New School Year, New Hopes: School Bag Distribution to 100 Tribal Students
The new academic year has officially begun. While the initial excitement of new books, notebooks, and school bags is settling down for urban children, many kids in remote rural areas wait eagerly for these basic school essentials.
To bridge this gap, the Duwa Kendra Foundation, in collaboration with the Sevatirth Institution, organized a school bag distribution drive. The initiative successfully provided new school bags to 100 underprivileged students residing in remote tribal hamlets (Bhilla and Pardhi settlements) across Matori, Dharewadi, Borgaon, and Shirur Kasar talukas.
Receiving these brand-new bags at the very start of the academic year is an invaluable gift for these children—bringing them immense joy and renewed motivation to learn.
