Building a Stronger Society: Duwa Kendra Foundation Launches Year-Long Awareness Campaign for Youth
A healthy and resilient society relies on a physically and mentally strong youth population, and the foundation for this is laid right during adolescence. With this vital mission in mind, the Duwa Kendra Foundation has launched a comprehensive, year-long program series titled “व्यसनाचा विळखा – वेळीच ओळखा ” (Recognize and Escape the Trap of Addiction in Time) at Abhijeet Secondary School.
Empowering the Next Generation
Designed specifically for students of Grade 8 and Grade 9, this initiative aims to educate young minds during their most formative years. The grand inaugural session of this year-long campaign was successfully conducted on 10th July 2026.
Expert Guidance
To provide students with deep insights and impactful guidance, expert counselors from the renowned Niramay De-addiction Center were invited as keynote speakers. They interacted with the students, helping them understand the psychological and physical impacts of addiction, while equipping them with the tools to make healthier life choices.
