Strengthening Foundations in Science, Mathematics, and English
G. R. Palkar School is a Marathi-medium school located in the Karvenagar area. There are many students in the school from lower middle-class families, who face significant educational and economic challenges.
To support these students, DUWA volunteers conduct regular classes for students of Standards 6 and 7. The focus is on building strong foundational concepts in Science, Mathematics, and English through simple explanations, continuous practice, and personal attention.
These daily learning sessions help students gain confidence, improve academic performance, and develop a stronger interest in their studies.
