Creating Impact Through Responsible Giving
On the last Sunday of every month, a large collection drive is conducted where clothes, utensils, books, and toys are gathered from donors. After careful sorting, usable items are distributed to genuinely needy NGOs working in remote areas of Maharashtra.
This initiative creates a triple impact:
- Reduces textile waste going to landfills
- Promotes sustainable reuse
- Generates dignified livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women. Clothes in good condition that are not required by NGOs are made available at a low-cost community outlet, where they are sold for just ₹30–₹50. This allows families to buy quality clothing affordably and with dignity. The shop has quickly become popular because it gives people the freedom to choose what they need at very reasonable prices.
Through this initiative, donations are transformed into dignity, sustainability, and livelihoods.
